Exterior Guidelines SMS Program.

The Exterior Guidelines SMS Program is an opt-in text message program in the vehicle exterior care education space. Subscribers who opt in receive messages related to cleaning reminders, paint care tips, seasonal protection education, and product resource updates and general education covering car washing, waxing, paint protection, headlights, glass care, road salt, and bird droppings. Requested content includes the Vehicle Exterior Care Tip Series.

Users may receive account notification messages if they select the account notification checkbox on the subscribe page, including opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, HELP responses, and delivery status of the requested Vehicle Exterior Care Tip Series.

Users may receive marketing and educational content messages if they select the corresponding checkbox on the subscribe page, including seasonal reminders, new guides, and product resource updates within the vehicle exterior care education category.

Message frequency varies.

You can opt in by submitting the subscribe form on Exterior Guidelines and selecting the SMS consent checkbox that matches the messages you want to receive.

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you provide.

SMS data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of Exterior Guidelines.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be sold, shared, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing or lead generation.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
